Inside Out

A self-perception art project that allows children to express how they view themselves in terms of their physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual bodies. Through color, images, boundaries and words, they are able to communicate their degree of safety, … and perception of the world. Through reflection and dialogue, children are empowered to see how they have choices of what they want in their energetic space.

We will learn from a master teacher of Eurythmy how specific movements bring a sense of centeredness, interconnectedness with Universe and the mystical forces of nature that surrounds us.
